| Tiivistelmä: | Time-based competitors must continually reduce total value delivery system lead time to develop and maintain a competitive advantage. A systematic approach is needed for monitoring all activities within the value delivery system and for identifying specific improvement opportunities. A framework is presented for managing value delivery system lead time reduction activities within a manufacturing firm. The framework is based on an empirical study of 6 world class manufacturing organizations. |
