| Tiivistelmä: | Management learning is based on at least an implicit presumption of managerial universalism. This presumptive universalism has several facets. The presumptive universalism is neither feckless nor fanciful. There is some basis for it. In turn, it serves a motivating and unifying function for researchers and practitioners, who in their different ways are working on or in a presumptively unified reality wherein research findings and experience-driven wisdom may contribute to a wider understanding. |
