| Tiivistelmä: | This paper introduces a dynamic decision making model of China's petroleum Industry. The Chinese economy has experienced a series of economic reforms , in which China's petroleum industry has participated to a marked degree. The paper compares China's previous planned economy with the current Chinese style market economy. By analyzing the structure and operation of the market economy, the paper develops the dynamic decision making model. This model can carry out risk analyses of the economic evaluation in petroleum development programs. |
