| Tiivistelmä: | Basic, intermediate and special technologies are three technological factors directly affecting economic development. It is of vital importance for a country to possess them. China has sufficient special technology (including high-tech) and basic technology but inadequate intermediate technology, which can be seen in that enterprises are lack of competitiveness and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements remains low. Therefore, a structure of technological transfer has been formed, which means that the Chinese mainland needs to introduce intermediate technology from Japan, Taiwan, South Korea etc. while Taiwan and South Korea want to seek high technology from Japan and the Chinese mainland. |
