Tiivistelmä:This paper is an example of the 'Model Answers' which can be found on the authors' website in The Marketing Cafe, which is available to subscribers to The Marketing Review. This will hold copies of student papers which have been deemed excellent, both by the marker and the independent advisory board of The Marketing Review. It is intended that examples of such work will help students with their own projects. The objective of this case is to pull together and reinforce various aspects of the marketing discipline and show how they may be used to address and solve business problems.
