| Tiivistelmä: | Findings from a survey of European Works Council (EWC) representatives from six countries are presented in this article, exploring variations in terms of their nationality, whether they are office-holders and the country of origin of their multinational employer. It is found that there is a widespread dissatisfaction with the current practices of EWCs, particularly regarding to the scope of the agenda and the quality of information and consultation. |
