Tiivistelmä:This article reviews destination marketing strategies that are used in London to maintain its position among worlds' most attractive city destinations in the eyes of the tourists. The particular attention is paid to the post-disaster destination marketing activities done after the terrorist act in 2005. Also the overall trend of tourism devolution in the United Kingdom is taken into account. The paper provides generalized useful suggestions to attract both domestic and international visitors to London.
