| Tiivistelmä: | In 1986 a survey was authorized among women members of CIMA.The aim was to find out the value of CIMA qualification and increasing the women members of the Institute.This questionnaire turned up interesting responses,which form the basis of this article.In November 1986 CIMA celebrated the admission of the one thousandth female member.Between 1979-88 there was an overall increase of 156 per cent in female membership.The authors hope that in featuring women as a group they do not offend those women, who feel it is patronizing to deal with them separately. |
