| Tiivistelmä: | Trade secrets mean an advantage over the competition. Know-how belongs more and more to these secrets. The knowledge and skills of the company are protected by regulations foreseen by the law. In this respect the patent law and the copyright are the most important legal bases. But all these rights must be completed by measures taken by the companies themselves. The weakest points in the protection concept are the employees. The implementation of protection measures is difficult, financially as well as personally, but is absolutely necessary. |
