Tiivistelmä:Corporate Culture /CC/ is an important aspect of Corporate Strategy /CS/: in particular, CC is capable of solving the problem of Strategic Fit /SF/. It is proposed to consider both CS, with its necessity of SF, and CC, as elements of a dualistic model which provides answers to the questions of how to create CF. It also explains why a strong CC is often associated with corporate success. A specific way to operationalize CC is suggested. This method makes tangible the essential elements in the interplay between CC, SF, and the firm's success.
