Tiivistelmä:Some examples of the 20/80 phenomenon are described. Operational areas suitable for 20/80 analysis are listed by a figure. Some categories like products, cumulative percentage of products, sales volume, percentages of total sales volume, and cumulative percentage of sales volume are covered within analysis. The five steps of the 20/80 process are briefly examined. Cost allocation for a hypothetical company, and two other examples for time and cost allocations are illustrated.
