| Tiivistelmä: | During the last ten years, there has been an unprecedented increase in the use of international collaborative agreements. Research has been hampered by the lack of systematic data collection and analysis. Findings are presented of an ongoing research program conducted at the INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France. The main finding is: collaborative agreements offer the potential to share risk and rewards beyond the capabilities of individual firms. |
