| Tiivistelmä: | To practice the share-holding system, State-owned enterprises must perfect the leadership system of enterprises practicing share-holding system in the following aspects: shareholders conference and worker representatives conference exist simultaneously; the shareholders conference should be weakened while board of directors should be strengthened; the party committee should be maintained and board of directors, strengthened; the concepts of supervisory board and disciplinary inspection committee should be dandified. |
