| Tiivistelmä: | The non-organizational control means that the foreign side often indirectly and unilaterally enforces control over Joint ventures in many aspects which can be infiltrated by abnormal channels for the sake of high profits. This control mainly reflects covertly in operation and management with wide influence. The foreign side often buries the seed of non-organizational control during the negotiations on Joint ventures by using, for example, price transfer, #ABSTRACT selling products abroad, and pricing invisible assets and equipments. But the Chinese side often fails to distinguish beforehand and counterattack in time. So the Chinese side's ability of distinguishing and counterattacking should be enhances in order to protect its interests in investment. |
