| Tiivistelmä: | Whether the internal supervisory and controlling mechanism for administrating stock companies in China can operate effectively depends on the following factors: the degrees of being sure to plan, observe and measure the results of the managerial behavior under supervision and control, the motive of supervisors, their knowledge of managerial behavior, the degree of getting access to information on managerial behavior, their ability of appraising information, independence, their ability of adjusting the behavior of the controlled and means. Starting from the analysis of the factors influencing the above operation, this paper explores the issue of effective operation of model of organizational structure of internal supervision and control over stock companies, defined in China's "Company Law". |
