| Tiivistelmä: | So-called "balance of domestic revenue" refers to the situation in which domestic revenue from Three Capital Enterprises (Sino-foreign joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperation enterprises and foreign investment enterprises, or TCEs) equals to its domestic sale. The domestic revenue can form part of national revenue and increase domestic demand, while domestic sale will expand domestic supply. When domestic revenue shows deficit, the supply from TCEs' domestic sale exceeds the demand from the revenue and reduces the demand for the products of the enterprises of domestic capital, which is a drain on national revenue. The reasons for the deficit are too low domestic revenue and too high domestic sale. To eliminate or reduce the deficit and to achieve balance of domestic revenue. |
