| Tiivistelmä: | During the period of Nine Five-Year Plan , the main prominent contradictions China is confronted with in employment are the contradictions 1. between the establishment of modern enterprise system and resettlement of the unemployed people in cities and towns, 2. between rural economic development and the transfer of surplus rural labours, 3. between labour productivity-raising and employment-expanding, 4. between imperfect unemployment insurance and the rising unemployment rate. The countermeasures to ease the problem of employment are as follows: optimizing the combination of growth modes, creating more chances of employment, supporting the development of medium and small-sized enterprises, compensating the insufficient accumulated funds and absorbing surplus rural labours through many channels. |
