| Tiivistelmä: | Though there are structural factors in China's unemployment problem, more attention should be paid to the issue of total quantity. It is far from enough to only carry out the re-employment projection and establish unemployment living security system. It is more important to create job opportunities. As far as this respect is concerned, strategies available include developing small towns in rural areas, promoting agricultural industrialization, attracting farmers to get employed; accelerating the reform of housing system and related supporting reforms to form new economic growth point; creating demands and expanding the economic scale by means of product innovation and market segmentation. |
