| Tiivistelmä: | The nature of unemployment in China is a structural one. The reasons are as follows. On one hand, the demand of labor force and the developing paces of economy of different types are inharmonious; there exist the disparity of regional economic development and the readjustment of industrial structure. All these can make the economic structure unbalanced and cause the structural difference of labor force demand. On the other hand, the supply of labor force falls short of the demand. So to treat the unemployment, not only pulling up the unemployment is necessary in consideration of labour force demand, but readjusting the supply structure of labour force is needed as well. That means reducing the floating cost of labour force, setting up the perfect insurance network of unemployment and making the professional training body varied. |
