| Tiivistelmä: | The deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises will bring about over 30 million laid-off workers. This essay studies how the central banks as the monetary authority should apply monetary policies to support the implementation of re-employment project.(1)By analyzing the theoretical and realistic basis of monetary policies' support for reemployment project, the author insists tha at the present stage, People's Bank of China's monetary policies should take social employment into consideration, loosen the money market properly and promote domestic demands. (2)Probing specific measures of monetary policies' support for reemployment project, the author insists that the central bank should stimulate the shaping of industrial structure which is favorable for increasing employment. (3) These two kinds of policies requires ample coordination. |
