| Tiivistelmä: | There has been an explosion of new interest in entrepreneurs and their activities during the past twenty years. However a little research has been dedicated to the ethical problems which come across by entrepreneurs and their organizations recently. Fairness, personnel, customer relationships, distribution dilemmas and other challenges are areas where entrepreneurs face moral problems. This article studies modern research in entrepreneurial ethics. Also major research topics, methodological approaches and directions for future research are discussed. |
