| Tiivistelmä: | The implementation of innovative management practices and relationship of this with the organization of work and human resource management are examined in the article with the help of survey data gathered in 965 Spanish manufacturing companies. The authors consider technological transformations, quality management and the organization of work. The different ways of firms trying to improve their performance are identified using cluster analysis. The authors conclude how many simultaneous transformations in different dimensions can lead to a better performance more likely than staying still or only a partial transformation. |
