Tiivistelmä: | Engagement can be broadly defined as involvement, satisfaction, and enthusiasm. It is widely used by organizations and consultants for improving retention. Engagent fails however to meet many of the common criteria for positive organizational practice, such as theoretical, valid, unique, state-like and positive. If one pays attention to these criteria, engagement may be useful to management. |
