Tiivistelmä:The article concentrates on the spread and growth of corruption in organizations. It formulates three downward organizational spirals for this purpose: the spiral of divergent norms, the spiral of pressure, and the spiral of opportunity. The spirals are explained by utilizing social identity theory. The study aims to provide a greater understanding of the development of the corruption in organizations by offering a dynamic perspective on the issue.
