| Tiivistelmä: | The standard stock system has been adopted by the Dongbei Light Industrial Corporation, with social and diversified possession of the property. Corporate shares are under the charge of share participants of the enterprise, whole individual ones are under the charge of individuals. Each shareholder cares not only about the dividend, property of the enterprise, but increase of assets and growth of the enterprise so as to benefit more. In this way, short-term behaviours of the enterprise can be avoided and a rational self-restraint mechanism can be set up. |
