| Tiivistelmä: | On the whole, the electronic sector is getting on well with the use of foreign funds, introduction of technology, and the work in joint venture and cooperation. Some problems, however, still exist: a low rate of actual investment of foreign capital, inadequate investment of registered capital, violations of the principle of equality and mutual-benefit during joint venture causing the Chinese side to suffer heavy economic losses, small scales of joint programs, backward technology, scattering and repetitions, and the start of monopolization of part of our market of electronic products. |
