| Tiivistelmä: | The main directions of attack this paper considers are as follows: (1) Expediting the construction of major state- owned and locally-run coal mines and promoting the transformation of township coal mines; (2) Adjusting the industrial structure of coal industry and carrying out comprehensive development and scale operation; (3) Speeding up the pace of utilizing foreign capital and expanding the export of coal; (4) Completing successfully the strategic beginning projects of coal industry; (5) Developing coal-clearing technology which is the strategic main direction of attack during a period in the future. |
