| Tiivistelmä: | The implementation of shanxi's cross-century strategic target of energy and raw materials industry must be based on the following new concepts: shift of the economic system and the mode of growth, conglomeration of enterprises, economic integration, and fulfillment of three important goals, that is, enormous stride of system, drastic restructuring and substantial increase of profits in the energy and raw materials industry. Hence the necessity of deepening reforms of enterprises, opening wider to the outside, adjustment and optimization of industrial structures, vigorous development of county-wide economy and improved construction of infrastructures facilities. |
