| Tiivistelmä: | China is a large coal producing country. But its export rate is far below the world's average level of 10% due to the poor quality of export coal and weak market competitiveness. To enhance its competitiveness of export coal, it should formulate and practise the strategy of "winning by quality". To do so, it should start from the source of production to guarantee the quality of export coal. It should focus its efforts on the development of coal-washing and-selecting processing industry, expand the export of washed coal and accelerate the construction of the base of export coal with the coal foreign trade corporations as the "dragon head". |
