| Tiivistelmä: | Developing coal enterprise groups in China is not only a necessary and urgent thing to do but a must. It is also a historical inexorable trend in the development of coal industry. Now China has a stronger industrial base and bases for gaining economic returns and risk-resisting in the development of enterprise grouping in coal industry. Besides, both foreign and domestic experiences in this line can be used for reference. To develop coal enterprise groups in China, China may take the strategy of "establishing companies first and groups afterwards, selecting key enterprises for experiment first and popularise such a practice afterwards and developing from the elementary to the advanced and form enterprise groups from two channels--the government and enterprises. |
