| Tiivistelmä: | Great success has been made in the coal industry of Shanxi province and at the same time some difficulties and problems have arisen. To change the passive situation, Shanxi province must realize a strategic shift. It must shift its strategy thoroughly and develop its coal industry according to the law of market economy. It should also deepen reform and fix the number of workers according to the need of production. Besides, it should concentrate rationally production in order to raise use efficiency of resources and productivity, optimize industrial structure and product mix in a bid to raise the levels of coal processing and its comprehensive use, and develop actively a diversified economy with a view to enhancing its coal industry's ability of withstanding market risks. |
