China's Ministry of Education points out that by the year 2000 or so, there will be 50 high-tech industrial groups of higher educational institutions with output value exceeding 0.1 billion yuan and some of them will have an output value of over 10 billion yuan. 2. The state will open up some new investment fields including building roads, grain depots and houses, expending rural power grid and planting trees. 3.China's overseas enterprises have invested in 134 countries and regions all over the world, which include Hong Kong and Macao which are the main invested areas followed by America, Thailand, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Singapore and Brazil. 4.China will cut down coal output and control the annual output within 1.1 billion tons or so. |
