| Tiivistelmä: | The lean organisation will place new requirements on foremen employed in the industrial production sector, and especially with regard to their managerial behaviour. Whereas they served as an instructor in the past, they will have to act more as a trainer/coach to their fellow workers in future. Coaching, as a supporting advisory function, can provide valuable assistance for the overcoming of these changed duties. |
