| Tiivistelmä: | On the basis of a survey carried out on ten large industrial concerns it can be stated that it is desirable to implement development strategies through an evolution of management's organizational status. The management should not be confined neither to strictly technical, nor -on the contrary- to leadership roles. To make management more active it is necessary to put at the manager's disposal new management tools.more specifically "strategic guiding instrument panels" and "periodically negotiable activity agreements". Managers of tomorrow must be not only competent and intelligent,but also courageous enough to face constantly evolving new problems. |
