Tiivistelmä:A case study of Moosewood, a 15 year-old financially stable, worker-owned and managed restaurant is presented describing its internal structures that allows them to successfully fulfill leadership functions without creating leader roles. Moosewood's success shows that leader-follower hierarchical roles are not essential for carrying out leadership functions in all effective business organizations.
