| Tiivistelmä: | The increasing popularity of internal consulting in recent years at the corporate and group levels is stated. The clarification of the role of the internal consultant is accentuated. A request for internal consultants is defined as fully grasping the firm's culture in order to temper their thinking with practicality. That the placement in corporate hierarchy determines the consultant's credibility , is made evident. |
