| Tiivistelmä: | The relationships between financing and entrepreneurship are examined. It is shown that a credit expansion is seldom enough to solve the problems of financing. The right approach to the financing of long-term investments is described. The golden rule of financing is explained. The role of a sufficient amount of equities is emphasized. A great variety of financing sources are assessed. An extensive use of public sources of financing is criticized. Arguments are presented that medium-term financial planning is essential for making well-grounded financing decisions. The role of credits in international trade is explained. |
