| Tiivistelmä: | In November 1988 the German Association of Savings Banks made a survey among its members on working hours. The results of the survey are presented in the article. 75 % of savings banks have flexible working hours, 50 % of savings banks have competitors with longer working hours, the share of savings banks with market segment oriented opening hours increases, 20 % of savings banks have regulation on the hours of the day when customers on their premises may be visited. |
