| Tiivistelmä: | The article is based on a dissertation prepared recently under the same title. It deals with methods and considerations applied when recruiting young graduate employees. Selection of young graduate colleagues is a risky investment which has to be well motivated. The selection process, the tools used in the process, the bank sector's requirements against higher education are presented. |
