Tiivistelmä:The article reports on experience of the Halle local savings bank. When introducing Eurocard Gold, the persuasion of old eurocard holders was delegated to an outside firm engaged in marketing through phone. The call-mail-call system was used. A detailed description of the organisation of work, worksheets and statistics used and a report on the results of the action.
