| Tiivistelmä: | Capital cover is the ratio of long term capital (own or borrowed) to the fixed assets of a firm. Above 100 % capital ratio is good, below 100 % is bad. Recently the rules of computing the capital cover indicator have changed. The article presents for industrial branches separately the median and the lower and upper quantile of the capital cover indicator both under the old and the new rules of computation. |
