| Tiivistelmä: | China and Korea have established diplomatic relations for over two years. Their cooperative relations in economy and trade have developed rapidly. In 1994, the bilateral trade volume reached US dollar 11.68 billion. China had become the third big trade partner of Korea. By June, 1994, Korea's accumulated projects of investment in China were 1539 with an investment of US dollar 1.306 billion. Among them, 1007 projects with an investment of US dollar 0.692 billion had been undertaken. By 2001, the bilateral trade volume is expected to be US dollar 56 billion. The scale of Korea's investment in China will be expanded gradually. The industrial cooperation will develop steadily and become the main realm for cooperation. |
