| Tiivistelmä: | From 1990 to 1994, the volume of bilateral trade between China and South Korea enjoyed an average annual growth of 56.8%, amounting to US dollar 11.72 billion in 1994. As to investment, China had approved a total of 5726 Korea-invested projects in China, with a contracted value of US dollar 5.122 billion by the first half of 1995. 1.672 billion of which had been actually put into use. China has become the No.1 country to be invested in by South Korea in recent years. The problems in trade cooperation are mainly the too large trade deficit on China side in the bilateral trade and too many restrictions on imports, imposed by South Korea. |
