| Tiivistelmä: | Sino-Korean trade presents an upward trend. Korea's direct investment in China has increased rapidly. The co-operation and exchange between both countries involve more and more fields. In the course of adjusting the domestic industrial structure, Korea has to transfer partial labour intensive industries overseas. Both countries' economic development and structural complementary are important factors for good investment environment. But there exist barriers and problems in institution and usual practice. Nevertheless, Sino-Korean trade and Korea's investment in China will continue to grow rapidly. The investment environment will be improved gradually. Korean enterprises' investment in China will be guided towards the central and western areas. |
