| Tiivistelmä: | Can we apply the analysis methods of marketing to the personnel management? In order to answer this question, origin of the worker's attitude is searched for. The results of multi-attribute models are compared. Finally, the validity of these models is measured and some guidelines for the recruitment policies are proposed. |
