| Tiivistelmä: | The assesment of economic activities according to environmental aspects ultimately results in the problem of measureability of ecology. In the literature of business management there are two essential concepts to make a quantitative judgement of the ecological situation of a town or a company: the Eco Balance by Braunschweig and Muller-Wenk and the environmental accountancy by Schaltegger and sturm. The focus of these concepts is the valuation of environmental impact described as degree of damage caused by emissions and other kinds of nature consumptions, known as environmental factor. |
