Tiivistelmä: | "Customer orientation" and "customer satisfaction" are the main goals of the Total Quality Management (TQM) concept which is accepted by more and more industrial and service companies in Japan, USA and Europe. This means on the one hand a strong support for the basic statements of the marketing management concept. On the other hand it implies the danger that marketing loses its leading role in the internal implementation of customer orientation. |
