| Tiivistelmä: | The majority of processes are defined by the man-machine relation.In the process they are indispensably connected: the man gots from machine numerous information, he treats them and on their basis he directs the machine's action.By this scientific - technological development is getting some kind of antagonism.On one side it liberates the man of a hard work and on the other it brings a risk, that technical rules predominate over the humanistic objectives. In each process and in the mankind development in general optimal relations between the studied elements have to be found.In this article the author studies a short history of the man-machine relation, the relation between process automation and work humanization, the role of a man in an automatized process and organizational changes connected with this. |
