| Tiivistelmä: | One of the starting-points in the search for competitive advantages of our enterprises should be in abolishing deficiencies in business operations.In the article we draw attention to some of the characteristics of the current situation in some of these functions which could significantly contribute to the improvement of doing business, and also in the formation of some created (not natural) competitive advantages.The enforcement of these factors could be strengthened only by increasing the role of market mechanisms.None the less, we also envisage a specific role to be played by the state.Of course, its function will not be to redistribute means for the benefit of some and the detriment of others, but rather to support additional qualification personell in enterprises, so that they may be more efficient than before in tackling the necessary changes. |
