| Tiivistelmä: | The topic of the article are the basic features of housing policy in general.Firstly, the relationship between housing and other relevant policies (demographic, welfare, fiscal ect. policies) is analysed.It is argued that the pattern of articualtion of housing policy besides and within these policies is not pre-determined, but contextual and to some extent also subject to political will.The second part deals with housing policy as a rational international activity, structured according to the "goals-instruments-outcomes" scheme.In conclusion, the present state-of-art in slovenian housing policy is referred to and two weak points highlighted. |
